In your e-mail, please include your details and indicate the changes you want to make to your booking. You can also change your booking via our contact form on ParkCare. If you wish to cancel your booking, please log in to your ParkCare personal account, where you can submit a cancellation request. We strongly encourage you to first read the general terms and conditions of the parking provider for information about their reimbursement policy.
