Once you have completed your payment, we will send a confirmation of your booking via e-mail within 24 hours. Your booking confirmation will contain all the necessary information regarding your reservation and the parking services. We will also forward this information to your selected parking provider. If you wish to view all of your details and your booking information, you can also create a free ParkCare account. If you haven't received your booking confirmation, please make sure to check your spam folder first. If you still can't find the confirmation of your booking, you can either contact us via e-mail, phone or chat, or request another confirmation e-mail via your ParkCare personal account.
