My car got damaged whilst I was away. What should I do?

Rest assured that this is highly unlikely, but in case your vehicle does experience damage whilst you are away, make sure to take photos of the damage and forward those directly to your parking provider. You can also report it to us via our Customer Service. We strongly encourage you to take the necessary precaution of recording the state of your vehicle right after you have parked your car or when handing over your vehicle to the valet driver. This is an extra security measure, which serves as proof in case of damage.
