Can I expect the parking provider to record my mileage and take pictures?

The parking provider should take record of your mileage and make photos of your car with you present. If this is not the case, we encourage you to take the necessary precaution of doing so yourself. This is an extra security measure for you and the parking provider, to avoid any potential misunderstandings.

Question 2

My car got damaged whilst I was away. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Rest assured that this is highly unlikely, but in case your vehicle does experience damage whilst you are away, make sure to take photos of the damage and forward those directly to your parking provider. You can also report it to us via our Customer Service. We strongly encourage you to take the necessary precaution of recording the state of your vehicle right after you have parked your car or when handing over your vehicle to the valet driver. This is an extra security measure, which serves as proof in case of damage.

Are the parking spaces on offer all secure?

At ParkCare, we only work with reliable parking providers, which ensure safe and secure parking spaces for customers. All car parks are equipped with top-notch security measures, including perimeter fencing and entry/exit barriers, CCTV surveillance cameras and, oftentimes, onsite watchmen.

Question 4

Whilst I am away, where is my car going to be parked?

Where you car gets parked depend on the parking provider and the parking form you have chosen. With regards to Valet Parking, a valet driver will park your car in one of the provider's car parks, which are always equipped with top-notch security measures. With regards to Shuttle Parking, you choose your parking space at a designated car park. Make sure to record the state of your vehicle right after parking, either by taking photos or recording a video of your car, if these services are not offered by the provider.

Question 5

Will my car be driven while I am away on my trip?

Rest assured that no one will be driving your car whilst you are away, unless absolutely necessary. Your vehicle will only be moved to maximise space in the car park or to make car parking more efficient for customers.
