Great service once I arrived. I followed the postcode directions that were sent to me in the confirmation email and they did not take me to the Toad Park and Ride that I had booked! Anyway, now I know the location, I would use again simply because they’re reasonably priced, friendly and well organised. I didn’t wait long for the buses to and from the airport and it was only a short ride too. My car was parked in the front row, ready to be driven away when I returned.

My car wasn’t found when I came to collect and I had to wait almost 40 minutes. When I went to drive away, I was blocked in by another vehicle and had to go back to find someone to request they move it. I had been satisfied with previous times when I used the car park but not this time . I may consider using a different car park next time although I generally prefer to leave the car somewhere familiar. Yours faithfully, T Smith
