Upon arrival to Clayton Hotel Park & Ride Dublin, take a ticket from the machine and park your car in their secure car park. Then simply take the shuttle bus from the front of the hotel. The bus takes approximately 8 minutes and operates 24/7. It runs every 15-20 minutes in both directions so there won't be any long waiting times! Upon return, simply take the bus back to the car park from the Coach Park at Dublin Airport and head to the reception to give your confirmation letter to a member of staff so they can validate your parking. When I phoned parkcare customer services to check my booking before I received the confirmation email, I got a recorded message in Dutch. I phoned the Clayton hotel where staff were excellent and able to confirm my booking for me. I subsequently got my confirmation email from Parkcare. Clayton hotel facilities, bus drivers etc were excellent.

Was easy to park car at the hotel Bus took us to the airport and parked in section 16 which was a good 6/7 minutes walk from departure entrance

If only they could implement a system that facilitates easy identification of location or parking bay where car has been parked to avoid customers struggling finding their cars on collection
