Swift Airport Parking Luton asks kindly that you call 40 minutes before your arrival to Luton Airport so they can make the arrangements necessary. Upon arrival at the short term car park Meet and Greet parking area, a member of staff will meet you and will ask you to sign some paperwork. You car will then be driven to a highly secure car park while you make your way to the terminal. Once you have come back from your trip, call Swift Airport Parking Luton when you're in the baggage hall and let them know you will be needing your car. This gives them time to bring the car around while you're collecting your bags to avoid unnecessary delays. Reliable, fast, and easy service. Prices were also excellent when compared to other options. Instructions were sent via email and were super easy to follow — so all went as expected at the airport. Drop off and pick up were speedy and hassle-free. Super happy with the service and will be using again.

Very simple and easy. We arrived, signed some paperwork, and were off to the airport within minutes. Once back, however, it took three calls to get through to them. In the end, we had to wait for the car longer than expected. Staff were apologetic and professional, though.

Quite impressed with Swift. We really felt safe leaving the car with staff. The car was thoroughly photographed and mileage was also taken. No issues with drop off at all and just a minor delay upon return. Great overall!

Good service overall, no big issues. We've called in advance and the handover was really smooth. The staff were well-prepared, organized, and efficient. On return though we had difficulty reaching the team on the phone so there's was quite a long delay. When we finally managed to get through, the car was returned quite fast.

Everything went like clockwork and the staff were truly wonderful. Effortless and speedy handover. The car was returned in excellent condition - clean, well taken care of, mileage ok. Definitely recommend.
