Here you can read more about these conditions. Cancel? You can cancel your order with most parking providers up to 24 hours before parking. If you want to cancel your order, you can report this in your account at ParkCare. You may not want to do this online. In that case, we kindly request you to contact our customer service. Make sure you have your reservation number on hand when you call. Once your reservation has been changed you will receive a confirmation of cancellation by e-mail. If you indicate 24 hours in advance that you wish to cancel your reservation, you will receive your money back. The reimbursement arrangements vary per provider. We therefore recommend reading the General Terms and Conditions of the relevant parking provider.
