ParkCare is affiliated with the Webshop Keurmerk so when you reserve with us, the general terms and conditions of Webshop Keurmerk apply. In the following text you can read some information regarding these conditions.

If you desire to cancel your booking, you need to do this up until 24 hours before you are due to use the car park. By logging into your ParkCare account you can make a cancellation request but you can also cancel your booking by telephone and we can guide you through the process. When calling, please be ready to provide your reservation number so we can begin swiftly with the cancellation procedure. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation. If you have done this over 24 hours before parking, you will receive your money back but you should check the General Terms and Conditions of the parking provider when booking as reimbursement arrangements can vary.
